Man Utd have not given the “final green light” for Ederson’s transfer, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano said that the player is “waiting for Man Utd” to make a decision on whether they want to sign him:
“Man Utd are still in the process of internal discussions, because they have several candidates for the midfield position, not only Ederson, so Ederson’s agreement with the player is certain. They are in talks with Atalanta, of course.”
“Man Utd traveled with a delegation to Italy to discuss Ederson and more about the transfer market, incoming, outgoing players and much more. That’s why at the moment there is no final green light. It could be any time. Ederson is waiting for Man Utd.”
Ederson was not their first choice
It is becoming increasingly clear that the Red Devils simply want to get a deal done for the Brazilian in case they are unable to get another player’s signature.
Agreement on a transfer fee and personal terms does not appear to be an issue, but United are reluctant to give their final approval.
Whether Ederson will be happy with how things turned out, we’ll have to wait and see. Atletico Madrid have also been linked with the player in recent weeks.

Who does Man Utd want to recruit?
There is six midfielders total who have been identified by Director of Football Jason Wilcox and manager Michael Carrick as potential targets.
As well as Ederson, it is believed Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson, Newcastle’s Sandro Tonali, Real Madrid’s Aurelien Tchouameni, West Ham’s Mateus Fernandes and Brighton’s Carlos Baleba are all being considered.
At this stage, Fernandes and Baleba appear to be considered lower priorities. Anderson, Tonali and Tchouameni are big players.
The first two are expected to cost at least £100 million, and there will be further interest. Tchouameni may be the player United want over Ederson, but he doesn’t seem interested in a move to Old Trafford.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
